Senator Tarr moved to amend the bill on page 7, section 10, line 37, after the word “claim.” by inserting the following: The Attorney General shall maintain records of the number of complaints it has received pursuant to subsection (d) of this section and shall provide a report containing the number of the complaints received and the number of civil actions in which it has sought relief on an annual basis to the Joint Committee on the Judiciary on or before December 31 each year.
